I had a good experience here. Stayed for three nights. The staff was wonderful, Angie was very attentive and went above and beyond. Only gave four star because the hotel is older and dated. But was very clean and everything worked fine. The biggest plus was the price. Way better than newer Residence Inns.

Do Not Stay here! I have stayed at different Marriott hotels and this has to be the absolute worst ive ever stayed in!! They are run down no upgrades. The rooms smelled terrible. And could definitely used some upgrades. To have to pay for parking is ridiculous!!!! And the motion center lights went off in the middle of the night while we were sleeping both nights when no one was up and moving. So no one slept. And the GPS takes you to an abandoned building not to them, when I told them they said "oh yeah we knew that" but didnt bother to add it to the confirmation email to inform the customer! Wish I took pictures but it is awful!

I travel for business at least 35-40 weeks per year. Marriott is my brand of choice. However, it’s evident that this particular hotel does not meet the Marriott standard. My stay was for 5 nights. First, I had to request a desk lamp because the desk in the corner was so dark due to poor lighting (two bulbs out in the ceiling) just so I could do some work. Second, the toilet would not full evacuate the bowls contents when it was flushed. This was horrendous. A plunger had to be used just to push the contents down the drain. And this would repeat. I finally requested a new room after two days of this. The new room assigned to me wasn’t even ready. The maintenance man (who is super nice), was in the middle of cleaning the carpets of the new room and had no idea I was coming. Then, the AC in the new room went out and I had to request it to be reset. Both rooms were old, smelled stuffy, and the second room had the carpet tack strips sticking out and torn my dress socks. Hotels generally send out a survey via email to ask about the stay. I do not recall this hotel doing so, and I can imagine why they wouldn’t want to. When you see this many negative reviews, with the same issues being brought up, you can be sure that they’re correct. It does not appear the management team or owners care about their hotel or its guests. Do not stay here. It’s cheap for a reason.
