DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Go across the street to the Hilton Home2 suites. Staff brings their kids to work running up and down the hallways, running their toy cars across all the doors of the guest. Beds stacked up in hall way couches piled up outside due to bug issue that was still on going. Residence hotel does not care about its guest and is not family friendly. Pool has been broke for months, we were not told that before checking in. Our first day there my children were almost attacked by a dog that was over 100 lbs which is against the hotels policy! I had to shield my children while screaming get your dog hotel staff came running and didn’t even apologize. Rooms are pieced together with run downed items. The hotel is infested w outdoor cats I mean tens of them that they feed and house outside, you have to dodge cat crap. We had a house fire we’re supposed to be in the hotel w our children through January but then asked us to leave the day after Christmas when are kids should be playing w their new toys trying to disconnect from not having a home lied told are insurance company they over booked but then told us are family was not a fit for this hotel… No explanation of any sort. Not once did this hotel ever complain to us about anything my family did or was doing. Stay away from this run downed bad managed hotel!!!

I booked a room and requested the ground floor - my dog is afraid of elevators. We checked in, the person at the front desk acknowledged the request - but put us on the 2nd floor stating that nothing was available. The halls smelled - musty and smoky. The room was dingy. There was black mold on the shower liner. Super gross....Residence Inn was always my go-to - not anymore.

We stay at Marriotts quite often- and I have seen all different types from brand new to on the cusp of needing a remodel. This Marriott was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. We booked the 2 bedroom suite. When we got there, I was standing there for about 10 mins…finally I said nicely, “hello?” Then the lights in the back room came on and he comes right out. Like was he taking a nap? Then he proceeded to let us know that the room we booked sprung a leak- so we could take two seperate rooms…loved having to split up my family…wish they would have called me ahead of time so I could book elsewhere. Then the maintenance issues- the pool lights barely worked, so my kids (who LOVE a pool) were too afraid to go in. When we got to our room, there were stains everywhere, on the walls, refrigerator, couch…and to top off this room, there was a HALF EATEN BOWL OF SOUP IN THE MICROWAVE!!! I go down to the second room, hopefully this one would be cleaner…nope! I walked in, and there was a water bottle with the cap off and a hat in the chair. I freaked out for a second and thought someone was staying in there. Terrible experience. Your cleaners need to do a more thorough job. People pay good money to stay there, they should at least have the peace of mind that it is somewhat sanitary.
