Good solid four points here. Only things I will say, doors are sticky, gotta be sure to check it locks, and they only do the rooms every two days.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The check in process went smoothly, had a nice quiet room, and breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Our issue occurred when our flight was changed to an hour and a half earlier. We grabbed our daughter from bed and hustled out the door. We quickly stopped by the front desk to see if we could grab a milk for our one year old daughter so she had something for breakfast. The young girl working the desk was very unprofessional and rude. She said “well sorry breakfast is closed.” We stated we didn’t need breakfast just if she could go upstairs and grab us a milk for our daughter, we even offered to pay for it, and once again she said “nope sorry upstairs is closed right now.” I asked if she knew someone who had a key and she said “nope we do not have a key for upstairs and breakfast is closed right now.” All she had to do was apologize and say unfortunately they couldn’t do that for us, but it’s how horrible she treated us and did not show hospitality at all. Outside of that experience we had a good time, but that interaction really left a sour taste in our mouth.

I’ve just had a fabulous experience with MARLENE at the front desk who has bent over backwards to help me with a complicated issue like a pro. She was not only professional but supportive and kind full of empathy and concern. She worked to help me meet a true concern I had for a big event I have coming up and absolutely this young woman is the face of the brand Marriott and the property. If only everyone took the time on a busy Friday to listen with such concern and then trouble shooting by putting me on hold and chatting with her manager. In just minutes she had a solution for me that was able to allow me to stay at the Marriott brand and this fabulous location. When people call in to talk to staff, often times they are dealing with 47 things at once and just being treated with respect and concern and care truly makes all of the difference. I’m not sure of the name of the manager at this hotel but I think him as well. Suddenly my brain has one less concern and now ready to put my boat in the water and row without worrying that my boat will sink. In my 45 years of travel, there’s nothing like the Marriott brand. Honestly, I feel lucky to be able to stay at this property as the first step in hoping that I make my goals a reality. Choose Marriott. You won’t go wrong. Thank you sweet Marlene. You helped me so much and I feel so blessed that you answered the phone.
