My recent stay at the Residence Inn Tustin was made truly memorable thanks to Lee at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, Lee was professional, genuinely courteous, and went out of the way to make sure I felt welcome. It's rare to encounter someone who brings such warmth and attentiveness to their role—Lee made checking in and every interaction afterward feel effortless and personal. The little things matter when you're traveling, and having someone at the front desk who actually cares about your experience makes all the difference. Though location is not as good as the John Wayne Airport one, but Residence Inn by Marriott Tustin is definitely strongly recommended. To me, the layout of the room works much better, also the lighting of the bathroom. There's a wall of "Noval Lighter Than The Air Station" photos, which showcase the airship station back in 1940s. Remind you the legacy of Santa Ana every time you walk out of the elevator.

Not bad! Was a little disappointed that I was not offered the free gift that is supposed to be guaranteed for Bonvoy, but that makes my trip to Cali batting a thousand for this issue. The area is much better than Placentia, and the hotel is more modern feeling and better maintained. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and sausage patties, along with the standard extras.
