Very spacious apartment...like the quiet and pleasant residence right next to Lake Vonne. Very welcoming. Staff available for advice on visits and hikes. The downside is that the swimming pool was not available in the building, so you had to go to the residence opposite. I recommend the residence.

It's not worth 4 stars! Everything is paid for and at prices that are way too high. Paid Wi-Fi in the apartments but doesn't work, compulsory paid parking but with a roof box that's impossible to get in, cleaning at 100€ for 50m2 but we are asked to clean everything except the floor and 50€ to have a nice view. The furniture is out of order: the chairs are crumbling, the sofa is all torn, the bed base is smaller than the mattress by at least 20cm on each side, the sink faucet stayed in my hand, the armchair too close to the radiator is all burnt, the balcony railing is full of bird poop because they nest right above. The swimming pool doesn't work, you have to go down to the other residence. There is no laundry, you also have to go to the other residence. In short, there is work to be done to get to 4 stars! The reception is not very present, over the 15 days of our stay the person at reception was very often absent even though we passed by during opening hours. The only positive point: a connected speaker in the apartment.

Extremely disappointed with this two-week stay. A huge number of disappointments and problems that a 4-star hotel shouldn't have. First, there was no Wi-Fi connection, so we complained to reception and were told that some phones like Apple or Samsung are too secure for this connection (I have a Huawei). And I looked at the reviews, and this problem goes back a MONTH. It's best to say it upfront if the Wi-Fi isn't working... Because when you complain to reception, you get the impression they're making fun of you: no help, even disinterest... I'm happy to be charged for my 4G plan since I used it all week... (The Wi-Fi works a little at reception, at least...) Same with the pool, which is out of service, which isn't mentioned on the website... Regarding the apartment, I slept in a bed with two mattresses pushed together. The problem is that the bed bases are too small for the mattresses. The result: you sit on the edge of the bed, and the mattress tips over. What's more, it's impossible to make your bed properly if you can't slide the sheet between the bed base and the mattress!!! Another problem: the sofa is odious. I can't choose another word. It's a sofa bed, and the seat can't sink in properly, which makes it feel very forward, and therefore poses the same problem as the mattress when you sit on it. The table chairs are crumbling, an armchair is burnt and discolored because of a radiator, the faucet stays in my hands when I do the dishes... It's nonsense. What's more, we paid €100 for cleaning after our departure, and we're still asked to do the kitchen, the bathroom... ???? But??? I agree to clean up before leaving, that's normal, but what am I paying €100 for if I have to do everything? Anyway, the only positive point: Beautiful view. And that's because I paid more for it.
