We spent a week at this hotel and were overall satisfied with our stay. The rooms are spacious and cozy, each equipped with a kitchen and refrigerator, making our stay very comfortable. The pool is always kept clean. The parking lot is large and convenient, with free spaces available at any time of day. The only downside is the Wi-Fi, which is only available in the reception area and not in the rooms or at the pool. Overall, the hotel left a positive impression and can be recommended for a quiet stay.

The location is excellent, central and close to the main beaches, which can be reached within a couple of minutes by car. Free parking is available in the parking lot adjacent to the residence. Adjustable air conditioning in the apartments. Fully equipped kitchen. The swimming pool, although very small, is free to use, along with umbrellas and loungers. Disadvantages: BATHROOM: - The bathroom could have been equipped with at least a shower gel or hand soap kit: there was only one roll of toilet paper. BEDS - The mattresses are very hard, uncomfortable, old, and springy, and the pillows are thin wafers. NOISE - Noises in the middle of the night (similar to bangs and slamming doors) likely caused by other guests or strong winds. - The loud, constant noise of the refrigerator in the middle of the night forced us to turn it off. AFTER-SALES SERVICE FOR LOST PROPERTY The assistance for lost property leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, we forgot a bag containing beach products and medications, and unfortunately, we discovered it the evening of the day of checkout, 200 km away. After calling the chain that owns the residence (Cala Ginepro Hotels), after a series of bounces, we learned that the bag had been found and, reassuring us and giving us their word, that they would call us back to see what to do. To date, 10 days later, I have not received a call. I no longer expect my personal belongings back, whose value is close to a few dozen euros, but I find the residence's treatment of this guest unacceptable. Despite the telephone confirmation that the bag had been found and the reassurance that they would call us back to at least try to find a solution or to define the return procedure, to date I have received no contact. This situation highlights a serious lack of organization, attention, and respect for guests. I believe it is essential that the facility improves in these areas.
