Speechless. This is where you need to stay. No need to keep searching. The reviews did not fail us. Ursula and her son Davide are the kindest people you will meet. The hotel is beyond beautiful and ridiculously clean. Safe area. You are perfectly located near everything you would want to walk to. Lovely common room, nice hotel kitchen with food, snacks and drinks 24/7. Your restroom has everything you will need such as tissues, shower cap, shampoo, body wash, soap, toothbrush/toothpaste kits and shaving kit. So nice. I cannot say enough about this place and the hosts. Amazing pizza and restraunts below us, shopping around us, laundry mat around the corner (we used it, card payment only, FYI). We had such a beautiful view. Can't wait to return! Thanks again, Ursula and Davide. 5 stars are not enough.

Urszula, thank you for your hospitality! The hotel's location is excellent. Many attractions are within walking distance. And if you don't feel like walking, there are public transportation stops nearby. We had unusual check-in and check-out times, but everything was resolved with maximum comfort for us! Thank you for your advice, your attitude, and your warm welcome!

We were here in December 2025, stayed for 6 nights and it was one of the best decisions ever. From the start, Ursula, the manager was extremely polite,helpful, communicative and made sure that she could accommodate us as soon as we arrived, even with an early check-in. We had a coffee waiting on arrival, a tour of the facility and a quick informative presentation accompanied with a portable mini map that we could use to walk around full with small details added by Ursula, it was an extremely nice touch. Location: The residence is extremely central, anything you want to visit is at a walking distance, 80-90% of what you can visit in Rome is less than 30 minute walk in any direction, the furthest 2 things are the vatican and the pantheon, both can be visited using public transport, 3 bus stations are less than 50-100m away from the building's entrance. A taxi from the residence to the vatican is 10€ max. Facility: This is a Residence, where the kitchen is a shared space with the other rooms. The rooms are 2 types, city view facing the Largo di Torre Argentina and other rooms facing back side vents and areas. We booked a room with a city view, and stayed in the Giunone room. Room: The room was spacious compared to what you would find in Rome, very clean, comfortable bed, clean bathroom with clean towels and bed change every 2 days, we were in December at 10-12° degrees Celsius, the whole residence was warm, comfortable with an AC in each room. Hot water wasn't an issue at all, good pressure, warm at any time. We also were provided slippers, shower gels, creams and other beauty products free of charge. There is a mini fridge for some drinks in the room, but don't expect to store other things in there. Breakfast: It's a self service breakfast, you go to the kitchen, grab what you need from there, put it on a tray, make a coffee and eat in your room, at any time you want, everything is available 24/7. Food was but not limited to: - fruits (bananas, oranges, manadarines, apples) - pastries (sweet croissants, cookies, biscuits, cakes and other sweet things) - eggs (you boil them in a machine to your liking) - ham, prosciutto crudo, prosciutto cotto, salami - mozzarella, hard cheese, and other italian cheese. - fruit juices of multiple types and sorts. - milk - yogurt - muesli and cornflakes You can also grab drinks from the fridge, some are paid and you note your consumption on a board and pay at the end, more like an honesty bar. There you can find a small collection of beer, prosecco, wine bottles. Noise: The room was well isolated, the windows had blinds, and are double sided glass to reduce the noise from Rome's busy roads. You can still hear when the Tram passes in front of the building but it wasn't something that bothered us at all, the room also provides ear plugs for more sensible people. Lastly I want to mention that a big part of our positive and amazing experience was the host, Ursula thank you from the heart for your amazing attitude, advices, help and care, you made our stay feel like home. Looking rorward to seeing you again in the near future!
