We stayed here nearby before going to The Mall. As that was our main destination, we booked rather casually on the day, but the hotel exceeded our expectations. Great location. Breathtaking views. It's the kind of place I'd want to live if I had unlimited money. I'm sure it gets crowded in the summer, but it's also great in the winter. Both the hotel and restaurant staff were friendly, and although we only had breakfast, it was delicious. The room was spacious and clean. There are some rough roads on the way, so I wouldn't recommend coming in a sports car, but it's a truly wonderful hotel.

A nightmare experience. The room was a den of bedbugs and insects. I challenge anyone to sleep in that state, with bedbugs crawling out of the bed and curtains. That evening I went to complain, and by morning, "luckily," they had already charged my entire room bill to my credit card without a word. I had specifically said I wanted to pay in cash, as that was an option, and they said there was no problem. Furthermore, they were about to charge me for the €300 bill for another room, without telling me I had already paid my bill without my knowledge. To apologize, they offered us a bottle of water 😂 shameful. I'm only attaching two photos, but I found many more.
