We stayed at the Baia del Silenzio resort in Palinuro in June and returned at the end of August because we were deeply impressed, first and foremost, by the courtesy, professionalism, and helpfulness of all the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile and impeccable service. Each staff member demonstrated attention to detail and dedication to the customer, making our stay truly special. The enchanting seaside location, overlooking Cape Palinuro, adds a touch of magic to our stay, making it truly unforgettable. The stay includes a beach umbrella and two deck chairs, as well as deck chairs in the water, canoes, and pedal boats!!! All under the impeccable direction of Giuseppe, the head lifeguard. The excursion to the Blue Grotto departing from the resort is highly recommended! We stayed in bungalows of various sizes, but they were always clean and comfortable, thanks in part to the exceptional coordination of Adriana, the housekeeping manager. Her attention to detail and dedication ensured that every corner of our room was perfectly tidy, helping to make our stay even more enjoyable. But what really made the difference was the quality of the service: every request was met promptly and kindly, making us feel like honored guests. Furthermore, the food at the resort's restaurant was simply exquisite. Every meal was a culinary experience, with dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and carefully presented. Special thanks go to Pippo, the maître d', whose professionalism and attentiveness made every dinner an unforgettable experience. Another aspect we greatly appreciated was the convenience of internal transportation thanks to the constantly circulating shuttle service. This made getting around the resort extremely easy and convenient, allowing us to enjoy every corner of the property without a care in the world. Furthermore, the resort is equipped with an electric car charging station, a very useful service for those traveling with electric vehicles. Finally, the resort is pet-friendly and dogs are allowed throughout the property, making it an ideal choice for those traveling with their four-legged friends. There's even a dog trainer on the beach! I highly recommend the Baia del Silenzio resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday in Palinuro.
