We had a very pleasant experience at this guesthouse. The room was spacious and very clean, and everything was well maintained. The breakfast was very diverse and tasty, with many options to choose from. A location where we felt good and where we would return with pleasure.

Better avoid, although the landscape is gorgeous, the quality of the staff and services leaves much to be desired! The accommodation unit consists of 6 villas arranged at different altitudes from each other. The reception, restaurant, relaxation area and swimming pool are at C1, i.e. the lowest. We were accommodated in C6 room 37, which was an attic apartment, consisting of 2 rooms with a bathroom with an entrance from the large room. Disadvantages of the apartment: -no balcony -no fridge/minibar -bathroom with unsanitary bathtub, with visible traces of dirt and mold. Due to the lack of hygiene, I got a cold sore on my mouth -the carpet is old, heavily trafficked, peeling in places -the furniture is not exactly up-to-date, but I can't say that it bothers -the area of the apartment is 35m2 and there is enough space to put a chair/armchair, especially since it doesn't have a balcony. In other rooms with a balcony, I saw that there were chairs on the balcony at least. The room was only equipped with an upholstered stool -excessive heat in the rooms. In the bathroom and the large bedroom, we managed to completely turn off the radiators, but in the other room we couldn't. Suffocatingly hot, not at all healthy for the respiratory system, you woke up with a dry mouth. A very strange sensation. Shortcomings of the accommodation unit in general: The bed linen was not changed during the 4 nights The trash cans were taken out during the 3 full days of accommodation, except for the day of check-in and check-out, only in 2 days For 4 nights, no cleaning was done, absolutely nothing, nothing The swimming pool schedule was until 8:00 PM. At 8:15 PM, the cleaning lady entered the men's locker room scolding her husband that the pool closed at 8:00 PM. He left the pool a few minutes before 8:00 PM, but by the time he dried off, changed, and packed his things, he was overdue, which bothered the cleaning lady. The swimming pool is small, with a uniform depth of 1.5 m. It also has a jacuzzi. In winter it's a bit of a pain to get out of the pool, then climb a fairly steep slope to the upper villas. It gets cold! At the restaurant we had breakfast included in the price, from 8 to 10. Already from 9.30 or even before, they didn't bring anything to complement. One morning I asked for scrambled eggs, being 4 family members and they brought exactly 4 scrambled eggs, even though there were other people still serving breakfast. The waitresses were not very well informed about the dishes, in the sense that they couldn't provide additional details regarding the preparation method or the content of the dishes, considering that the description of the dishes is a bit stingy in details. But they didn't even say that they would ask the kitchen and come back with an answer... They have various meats: kid, lamb, duck, beef, quail, turkey. It's a bit hard to select something for today's children, who go for pizza, pasta, burgers. The relaxation area, where there is a table tennis and billiard table, plus sofas and armchairs, is insufficient for the winter season. In the summer there are also gazebos outside and I think it is more ok. When I suggested to the lady at the reception to supplement the tables and chairs in the relaxation area, she refused immediately, suggesting that we ask the other tourists who had occupied the sofas to bring their chairs from their rooms/balconies!!! The night of the mind! Anyway, they were wet as if it had snowed! I asked them to bring their bed linen to put on the chairs, probably! In the 5 days, 4 nights of accommodation, I saw the same faces at the reception, the cleaning lady, the waitresses, from at least 8 in the morning, until after 11 pm. It's no wonder they have those sour faces, lacking empathy and the desire to make customers feel good and want to come back. At check out I asked for the suggestions and complaints book. That book should be kept where they work with the public, that is, in the reception or restaurant. But it was in the boss's office, the boss wasn't there, so they gave it a twist! For ~600 lei/night I say look at the customers more!
