The check-in system is SERIOUSLY and HORRIBLY TERRIBLE! I spent 8 hours to finally get my keys. They encourage guests to self check-in through the kiosks but the internal system cannot handle the data processing and all, causing unnecessary delay and problems for guests. I ask 10 staffs and I get 10 different answers and solutions from each one of them. They made me run here and there, just to end up the same, not able to check-in at the kiosk. And the best part??? I'm forced to turn to the counter for check-in because of the failure and faulty self service kiosk, yet they had the cheek to request that I pay RM15+RM6 service tax!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't demand that, it was the hotel's system failure and here I am penalised for ending up at the counter as my last resolution. This is so unfair, unfair, unfair! Knowing it's the peak season, knowing there's a huge crowd coming in due to Pru convention, they don't even have sufficient manpower to deal with the counter check-in. Technically, there was only one staff handling each group of check-in. If you have a long counter that has 11 seats for 11 staffs, what's the point? At the end of the day, what's the most disappointing factor? It's the tidak-apa attitude by the staff and hotel management. Knowing guests have waited for almost half a day for check-in, no apology given by the staffs, even if you complain to them, they are immuned to it and nothing can be done. Nothing will be done, nothing is going to be done to rectify the issue. They are like robots. If you like it, you have the patience, then you carry on waiting. Otherwise, just forget it, don't book with First World anymore

Worst ever experience of my life I spend more then 6 hours waiting to check in but even after that they were expected to take more three hours I never see any hotel having as prethetic and worst service as this definitely never want to revisit or recommend to anyone to spoil there Malaysia trip

Verry very bad service....kena check in pun kena tunggu berapa lama.....management totally out and disappointed.....plz don't book the hotel at first world hotel......humble request
