Where do I even begin? 1. We were initially given the wrong room (two single beds instead of a double bed). However, we were told that we hadn't booked it, even though I had the confirmation on my phone. The receptionist said they only received the order without any information about the room's layout, which makes me wonder why it's advertised then? 2. There was a fire alarm on Tuesday, December 23rd, between 8:30 and 9:00 AM because, for whatever reason, someone was clever enough to install a smoke detector in a kitchen (which is absolutely forbidden), triggering an evacuation. On top of that, there was suddenly no water that day, which is annoying when you're showering and the water suddenly cuts out (we were only informed afterward that there was maintenance work and replacements being carried out, when I think they could have at least let us know that there would be no water during that time). And on the following days, there was also no water in the mornings, or it was malfunctioning. Furthermore, we suspect that someone was in our room while we were out. When we returned, the room was locked, which we hadn't done. It's very disappointing to have such a bad stay over the holidays and receive no compensation whatsoever. And the price for breakfast is outrageous: €33 for two people, and the breakfast itself is really not good or special. I wouldn't recommend this hotel today.

Everything was great! I booked a room for a friend there, the reception staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and quiet! The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the train station, lots of shops and cafes around the corner, and the spa park is just as close... I'd gladly stay again!!
