Excellent facility and impeccable service! The staff is courteous, friendly, and always attentive to guests' needs—it's a real pleasure to be so pampered! The facility is immaculate and spotlessly clean down to the last detail. The room and bathroom are extremely spacious and comfortable. The sun terrace is a gem, perfectly organized. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful!

This place was recommended to us by friends for a few days' stay in the Marrakech medina, and we weren't disappointed. Ideally located in the Kasbah, everything is easily accessible on foot. The rooms are very comfortable, and the staff are always smiling and ready to help.

It is hard to fully do justice to the amazing experience we had 14 -24 February 2026. Over the years we have been lucky enough to stay in some lovely places around the world. Riad Dar Alfarah is on another level entirely and this is because of the service given by Mohamed and the staff. Their kindness began even before we left home when Mohamed called us to ensure we were clear about collection arrangements from the airport and other arrival aspects. These went perfectly and we arrived at the riad where Monem greeted us with a huge smile and welcome. We were provided with refreshments and completed checking in. Our room was lovely and so well presented, we relaxed straight into it. The following morning we were greeted by Mohamed who ensured we had everything we needed and gave information and guidance for our stay in Marrakech. We booked some excursions through him and also arranged transportation to places in the city we wanted to visit. All these arrangements went seamlessly during our holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. Their kindness and warmth was constant and totally genuine, we honestly felt that our experience mattered and they would do everything possible to give us a fabulous time. Ten days went so quickly and saying goodbye yesterday morning was hard. We both felt humbled and very emotional. I truly feel we have made friends and will definitely return as soon as possible. I cannot recommend Riad Dar Alfarah highly enough. If you visit you will be treated like family. You will leave with a glow of sunshine in your heart and a wish to return. Finally, if you book a trip and Hamza takes you then you are in for a treat. He is a delightful man who goes above and beyond to give you the best possible time. A total gentleman and a delight to be in his company.
