I stayed for two nights. It was a longer walk from the station than I expected, but the hotel was clean and had all the amenities. There is no large public bath, but the rooms have bathrooms with buffing tubs so it wasn't a problem. The toilet and bath are separate.

This is a really nice hotel. It's only one bus stop away from Kyoto Station. The entrance is stylish, and I checked in via machine. The room doesn't have a changing room, but the bathroom and toilet are separate, which is great. It's clean, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. And the breakfast menu is amazing, not only in terms of variety, but the meat that the staff shabu-shabued for me was delicious. The only downside is that despite its popularity, there aren't many seats, so there was quite a long wait. It was explained to me, but the wait was longer than I expected. That's all. If I go to Kyoto, this is a hotel I'd like to stay at again.

I loved this hotel from the moment I walked in! 😍 Check-in can be done via machines or at the counter. One of the female staff members spoke excellent English, was very kind, and explained things very clearly. The first floor has a Kyoto sightseeing map, which is fantastic; I personally found the markings very clear. Amenities are all at the counter on the first floor. The Pola lotion is very moisturizing, and they even offer hair oil and bath salts. The workshop on the first floor offers Kyoto-themed postcards and cards making services. From 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, the restaurant on the first floor offers complimentary beer, sake, and snacks. The room was comfortable and clean, with both soft and firm pillows, a cute bedside lamp, a small bedside table with a power outlet and USB charging port, a deep bathtub, and pleasantly scented bath products. The room has a water bottle, and there are water dispensers on each floor. The Japanese breakfast was full of Kyoto flavor, and the beef soup was delicious. The hotel is located just a few hundred meters to the left and slightly in front of Kyoto Station, a short distance even with luggage. One small reminder: the breakfast vouchers are printed on heat-sensitive paper, so handle them carefully 🤣 They seem very easy to crumple up and mistake for receipts.
