✅ Advantages • Convenient location: Right in front of Oshiage Station, with supermarkets and department stores nearby, making it very convenient for eating, drinking, and shopping. • Comfortable room: Our room faced Tokyo Skytree, was spacious, clean overall, and the bed was comfortable. • Cleaning and amenities: Trash is changed and towels are replenished daily, with a thorough cleaning every three days. • Amenities need to be obtained from the counter on the fifth floor. • Skincare products are KOSE Sekkisei 👍🏻 • Excellent service staff 👍🏻 Polite and smiling 💯 ⚠️ Disadvantages • Lack of breakfast variety: The food itself is delicious, but the same thing every day can get a bit monotonous after a few days. • Inactive drinking water replenishment: Water is only replenished after reminding the counter, and it was only after being reminded once that it started being provided daily (two bottles of Tokyo Skytree bottled water). • Inconvenient toilet paper replenishment: Toilet paper wasn't replenished proactively after a roll was used up; you had to ask the counter for more. • It may be for environmental protection, but we really did run out of supplies. If we could proactively replenish these supplies, the experience would be better.

Direct train from narita airport, exit B3 or A1, hotel will be right infront. Shopping mall and sky tree also right infront, but beware the shopping mall close at 9pm. 2 stories of supermarket below the hotel, plenty of food to buy. Reception at 5th floor, check in can be done with staff or machine. We took the breakfast package, its Sizzler restaurant, buffer style, a lot of salad bar, meat not many choices but still bacon, sausages, grill beef are delicious. Our room has 4 beds, separate toilet and bathtub. Window overlook the shopping mall and just the tip of skytree. Pyjamas and complimentary skytree shape bottle water provided in room. Good wifi, aircon control, tv is smart tv. hair dryer and a multiple socket charging cable , dripping coffee packs and green tea provided in room. Many amenities you may collect at reception area, from face wash, lotion, shaver, toothbrush, bath salt (our favourite for bath tub) and many more. Very good location with shopping mall and supermarket, and train exit is right in front. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff, amazing views, nice selection of amenities, and great location. The hotel is located right next to public transit as well as the Tokyo Skytree, which was nice. Wonderful stay overall.
