The breakfast was sumptuous. The portions were generous and very satisfying. I thought it would be crowded, so I went at 6:30 in the morning, and was able to eat right away without having to wait. The room was clean, and the manga on the 5th floor was great.

The room is relatively small, but it's fully equipped with amenities, and the TV even has Netflix. The front desk service was very friendly, and the breakfast selection of one of six options was quite Hokkaido-style. There's also a manga section on the 5th floor. The self-service laundry service was also commendable. They even gave me a gift certificate for my birthday stay, which I redeemed for an Earl Grey tea cake, which I loved.
