Extremely friendly staff in every department. A superb, extensive breakfast buffet catered to all tastes. The spa area was fantastic and spotlessly clean. The view was stunning, featuring a breathtaking waterfall, and the room had an excellent mattress. We even received a complimentary snack and a postcard with a stamp upon check-out. The only downside was that the plastic egg cups were all dirty and could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Be sure to wear sturdy shoes if you plan to hike down the winding trail into town, as there is no shuttle service. We were absolutely thrilled and would definitely return. Thank you so much! 🙏

A fantastic place, incredibly friendly staff. The cleaning staff are also super nice; we are absolutely thrilled with the value for money! We've stayed in five-star hotels where the service wasn't as good as here! Everything is wonderful, thank you so much!

Overall, a good hotel. One star for service due to an incident at breakfast on Valentine's Day. We unintentionally sat down at a reserved table. While I was briefly at the breakfast buffet, a young waiter politely informed my wife, and she immediately apologized in German and stood up. Everything was fine until a second waiter arrived and then repeatedly began to "lecture" her in German and English, in a tone loud enough to attract the attention of other guests, even though she had already understood the first waiter. It was unnecessary to handle the situation in this way in front of other guests. My wife told me she felt uncomfortable and ultimately decided against eating the breakfast we had already paid for. We reported the incident to reception at check-out, but it significantly impacted our experience.
