The rooms were clean. The breakfast was terrible. The curry tasted like a pre-packaged meal and wasn't very tasty. The man at the front desk was nice, but the woman at checkout was rude. The female staff at the parking lot downstairs were very nice, even in the heat. I'd like to stay here again the next time I visit Okinawa.

The staff and front desk staff at this hotel 🏨 all provided fantastic customer service. I was so surprised and touched by how kind they were, and I'm very satisfied 😆. I've been coming here for about 10 years. They always greet me with the same politeness and kindness. Whenever I visit Okinawa, whether I'm in the northern part or one of the outlying islands, I always stay here for the last night. The rooms are clean, the service is great, the location is great, and the breakfast is delicious and relaxing. I have nothing to complain about! I just hope the prices don't go up as inbound tourists increase.
