This IHG property was the nicest we've ever stayed in as a family. All the staff were helpful, courteous, and professional. The rooms were spacious. The amenities were second to none. The breakfast buffet options were plentiful. The courtesy shuttle to and from Osaka train station was a nice bonus. The staff even provided entertainment to bring in the New Year! We will definitely stay at this property again the next time we're in Osaka!

I've been here before for lunch. This time, I accompanied my daughter, who had business at Kitcho, and parked my car at the front entrance. The staff were very kind and welcoming. 🌟 I'd love to come back for a leisurely meal. 🌟
