Do not waste your time!!!!!! They leave out to you that it's a frat house and there will be frat parties all over with kicker speakers. Let's start with the check-in process. I called because after my 13-hour drive, I arrived an hour early, and I was told by the female on the phone on November 9th, Absolutely not.I get there and they have a lovely individual (only employee nice really) at check-in. I explained that the first floor would be the best for us as we have a special needs child, and that stairs are a challenge. The poor thing is scared to death of elevators, and then to walk 4 flights of stairs would not work, but we got past it even tho I found out later I could in fact have been on the 1st floor. So room is average, beds comfy the smoke alarm is going off and evacuation after you get a sensory kid asleep is priceless.so lets move on the next evacuated again 2 days in a row. then the second night when i say the floor and the windows were vibrating they were . I called the front desk and let them be aware and was told what room and where i said i am not sure. I was then told i have to find were the source came from because he cant go at this time and apparently, they had no maintenance either. so i find out and locate the 3rd floor right underneath all collage kids thats fine but i feel like dorms and hotel rooms should not be intertwined for lots of reasons risk to the students would be my biggest concern you have strangers to accesses my childs dorm hall at any time and some of these rooms are lock off mabye i am just over protective. So I told the desk and the desk room number and they did not stop two attemps. None my floor is literally vibrating kids beeing kids I get but I paid for a hotel room, not that.finally got it stopped that night and then started with there neighbor the next night. so check out i had jumper cables and my car died i was told call AAA well i figured some kind sole would eventually jump me . i worked in hotels and customer service and that was just a crock i had a kid it was check out and freezing and that was there so-called manager. The property does not care its a trainning location and so many people in passing all said the same thing rude and unfriendly. The only other nice person was Mr.Myke Wettach, he did apologize at least.Now we are day 5 on waitiing for my deposit back stayed at a hotel before and after i called nothing but the run around. the indoor pool does have a life guard sauna the pool area is small and out dated you have you can use the towels but just right there they do not allow you to haver them past this point. I hope this may help some one with there desision also if you are at strong hospital they will give you a discount.

Just here for a conference. Disgusting, damaged bathrooms. The whole center js out dated. They set up their tables and screens for presenters in front of fire exits (definitely not legal). The food they served was a sad wonder bread turkey sandwich, likely prepared the day before so the bread was just mush. I do not recommend anyone hold a conference here if you actually respect your attendees.
