Overall we had a very disappointing stay at the Ritz Dove Mountain. Although the staff was extremely friendly and knew how to say all the right things, their repeated lack of follow through was just plain poor. The list is so long, I could go on for pages.

Tl:dr - This is a great place to stay for a long weekend, I don't recommend anything longer. Overall, the hotel is nice, but it's not luxurious. The bed isn't great and after 3-4 nights, I was tossing and turning. The food is meh at best. Core is great, but you can't eat every meal there. The 3 other restaurants are totally boring and forgettable. I also felt like they nickle and dimed you - $40 for s'mores (that's the total with taxes!) when you already pay a $60 resort fee!?! I did love the location and the hiking right outside the hotel is unbeatable. The gym is decent and they offer group fitness classes daily. (I did a yoga class that was not very good.) The multiple pools are fabulous as well.
