A very well-run hotel, very tidy and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the food was consistently varied and delicious. The only downside was that the outdoor pool had very cold water.

It's always lovely to stay at the Riu Nautilus. We've been coming here for many years. The staff is fantastic, and most of them have been working here for a long time. This is also reflected in the pleasant atmosphere. Starting with a glass of cava is a great start. And it's lovely to see Xavier again! We think the breakfast buffet and dinner buffet are excellent. This year we celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary, and there was a delicious bottle of cava in the room. Hats off to the Riu Nautilus. We really appreciated that. The cleaning staff are friendly and helpful. My mother was sick for one day, and they were very kind to her. They even changed her bed an extra time in the afternoon, which is nice. We also come here for the walks. Everything is level and well-paved. And the Riu Nautilus is located on the boulevard. There are also some drawbacks. The hassle with the towels on the chairs. That's my annual complaint. I've never heard anyone around the pool say anything about it. And yet you see many people leaving before breakfast with their towels and clothespins. They stay away for hours and claim the sunniest spot. I don't think that's very nice. The Riu Nautilus has been undergoing renovations since Monday, November 17th. As far as I'm concerned, they would have done well to let all the guests (there were still 151) book through Sunday, November 16th. Now, from 7:00 AM onward, it was a mad rush with the demolition workers. A procession of demolition workers walked through the hallways with the beds. Anyway, we'll be back in 2026!
