Negative: - Very unprofessional reception, no explanation of the infrastructure, meal times, etc., long clicks on the PC even though we had already checked in online, we had to ask for the Wi-Fi password again. - Very poor Wi-Fi reception in the room. - No sleeping in past 8 a.m. because the cleaning staff was very loud and unconsiderate. - Air conditioning in the room was deactivated at the end of September, even though it was still 24 degrees Celsius at night, and although it was mentioned in the room description, there was no information about it; we had to ask twice. - Noisy rooms; you can hear other guests talking in the hallway and doors slamming. - Someone is on the phone in the garden at 3 a.m., very loudly in Italian (staff?). - Quite limited selection at the buffet, a bit boring after a few days. - Half-board dinner was sometimes cold and somewhat unimaginative and unloving. - A vendor came by on the beach every 5 minutes. - Check-out was just as unprofessional as check-in. No one asked how we liked it. Just a bill on the table. Arrivederci Positives: + Great beach with reserved sun loungers and umbrellas, even in the front row + Very friendly staff in the restaurant and bar + Plenty of parking + Very clean complex
