I stayed at this hotel for a week. I feel that I can give a holistic review. Pros: -Convenient location (next to Whole Foods, the station to NYC, and good restaurants) -Clean room and generally clean hotel overall -Vending machine on bottom floor -Laundry on 3rd floor -I did not visit the gym but I like that they have one -Convenience shop in lobby with lots of useful items -Helpful staff and security always present -Microwave and coffee bar on 11th floor -I’m told they offer breakfast? Not sure though I was never told anything about it. Cons: -Lukewarm water -Non-functional AC (stayed 70 degrees at all times) -Lukewarm fridge (no freezer)…*I bought perishable food to put in the fridge and it all spoiled and was warm in the morning. I had to manually change the temperature to fix this issue and even then it was still quite warm.* -Coffee bar never had cups available until the evening -K-Cups for coffee could only be accessed at the front desk and there was only one machine -Elevators smell -Bedding is cheap (feels like tissue paper) -Walls are very thin, you can hear everything and guests were very loud every night even on weekdays -Parking is NOT INCLUDED. It is approx. $36 a night which adds up. -Convenience store has very limited hours -Was not informed about anything during check-in, so I had to make multiple trips to the front desk to ask about coffee, parking, store hours, the laundry room, etc. Overall: For the amount that I paid to stay here, I was incredibly frustrated. I believe the hotel is in a generally safe and convenient area. It’s a great place to stay in a pinch, but I would not stay more than one/two nights.

My hotel stay here was interrupted by someone claiming to be in the next door room to mine. They threatened to harm me and used racial slurs against me. The front desk dismissed it as a prank caller from outside the hotel. I asked how could someone even call the guest rooms from outside the hotel and what would stop this person from calling again and threatening me or others, the front desk offered no solution. In fear for my safety I checked out the hotel at 3 a.m.
