DO NOT ATTEND IF YOUR UNDER 45. I acknowledge this is a family hotel, but u CANT NOT have any sort of laughter or entertainment. Most dreadful service I’ve ever received. The staff were appalling!!! No respect at all. Me and my partner played music at 3pm on our first day there m, NOT LOUD at all baring in mind they had loud music we could hear until 11/12pm every night for entertainment! They called police on us and it was genuinely traumatising. I’m not sure what they told the police due to the language barrier but we got so much grief of them! The staff were also smiling in our faces the whole time this was happening may I add… They then told us we could continue staying there after they seen how upset we were?!!!!!!! After I very cautious on our holiday due to our service from staff and how uneasy the police made us feel. I’m in disbelief and hope one day we can return to Marbella for a better experience… FYI There wasn’t many English tourists there at all, I would advoid at all costs.

The hotel isn't in the best location because it's close to the highway, but that's not a big drawback. It's close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Plenty of space to relax, evening entertainment, and a spacious dining room with delicious juice machines. No complaints about the room or its cleanliness, and the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful.
