I booked this hotel to stay at on my way to Arizona with my cousin, we got there around 9pm front desk barely acknowledged me had food in hi mouth but took my id and cc then a room key I did speak to the security guard who was friendly we went to the room and it was horrible no heat, smelled terrible so I saw the security guard and said something to him he went to the desk for me and returned with a new room key directly above his room the room wasn’t great still smelled but beds were comfortable no one showed or anything just slept woke up and left. I noticed the next day a $200 charge on my cc in addition to the room charge I attempted to call many times no answer but spoke to my cc company they said it looked like a deposit and it will release soon, I checked today and it hadn’t been so I contacted the hotel and a female was extremely rude and hung up so I called the travel company and they contacted the hotel and was told I destroyed the room, I called the hotel back and asked for proof same lady hung up on me, I had to contact my cc and report fraud and contact choice hotels to file a complaint I repeat do not stay here run I have never left any room I’ve ever stayed at anything but better than I found it and that wasn’t easy with this hotel, I travel to AZ at least twice a year Days inn has my business it was amazing

Do not stay here, I can't stress that enough. I checked in at 10pm and stayed until 7 in the morning because me and my spouse couldn't barely sleep talking about how sketchy the neighborhood is. The rooms were gross with hair and grime, couldn't even shower in the morning cause we just wanted out of here then we couldn't check out the morning after for another 2 hours at least because there was no one at the front desk so we were blocked from leaving. Do not stay here!
