The cleaning service is a disaster. All they did during my four-day stay was change the towels, and that was it! We'd come back to find the room exactly as we'd left it. The breakfast is terrible, low-quality; they didn't even have milk or fruit. The staff's service was so-so, depending on their mood. If they improve the cleaning and the breakfast, it could be much better.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Please think carefully, take this advice, and choose another place to stay. With the exception of the night front desk receptionist, the staff was extremely rude — especially the person working during breakfast. The room was dirty and had a very strong mold/mildew smell. I am allergic, and this made me seriously ill during my stay. The hotel uses a misleading strategy: they offer a good promotion if you stay more than one night, but after the first night — when you naturally want to cancel due to the conditions — they enforce a strict NO REFUND policy. The room was small, smelly, and uncomfortable. We are a family of four, and when I asked for towels, they gave us only three, claiming they had no more available. Breakfast was another disappointment. There was no milk available, the area was overcrowded, and the options were extremely limited (only waffles and toast). To make matters worse, the breakfast staff member was rude to my wife. Overall, this was a very poor stay. I am sharing this review so future guests are aware and so the hotel may consider improving. Every business should aim to treat its customers well — unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
