Worse customer service Ive ever experienced. The rooms were actually nice but the customer service made it form moment I got there to the moment I got out pure hell. And they will charge you fees for for stupid reasons which is a wya to tela even more from ppl and the only reason why me and my friend decided to even stay there ea because of the price on a weekend but I ende duo paying 3 times more than what the other motels were actually charging. And to make matters worse it was so stressfull

If I could give this zero stars, I would! I booked this hotel using points. Looking at the pictures, I thought it would be different than the Rodeway Inns in our area. It wasn’t. We checked in, dropped our stuff at the room, went to dinner (booked a different hotel before we were even seated), picked up our stuff and checked out. So, we were “checked in” maybe 90 minutes total. I did not sign any paperwork, only filled out a slip with my car info for parking purposes. The location of this hotel was in a very undesirable part of town. Upon pulling up, the surrounding area was very run down and “shady.” Please note: Cali Girls Club is about a block down from this location. When we left to get dinner, there was a couple smoking marijuana in the parking lot. Upon returning, that same couple was in the hot tub, the girl sitting on the guy, making out and giggling - pretty sure they were having sex. We promptly retrieved our belongings, and went to load up our car. While passing one of the rooms, the door opened and a female, who looked to be of a certain profession, looked out like she was waiting for someone. I told Harry we were checking out and leaving. He did not ask why, seemed to not care. I asked for the paper with my car info on it but he refused to give it to me, stating they kept it for their records. I questioned why since we weren’t staying and he seemed to be even more defensive. For a crap motel, the room seemed fairly clean and some effort was put into modernizing it. No bed bugs. But I wouldn’t want to blacklight the bed or mirror headboard! Overall, I would not recommend this hotel AT ALL; very shady! Rodeway Inn already has a reputation, and this one definitely held to that, from questionable patrons to indignant, uncaring employees.

The bed has a very noisy iron base, the floor is raised and I almost fell, and they don't provide enough towels.
