Travel period: September 30 - October 7, 2025, as a couple. The hotel itself is lovely, as are the rooms and pools. It's clean. The beach with the restaurant was always very crowded in the mornings, but very beautiful. There were lots of fish, and we went snorkeling almost every day. However, the beach is only accessible via a long staircase or an even longer path for strollers. The staff at the bars were incredibly unfriendly. In contrast, the service staff in the restaurants and the cleaning staff were always very nice. The food was okay. You could always find something suitable. You could also eat at any time of day, until late in the evening. The entertainment staff were annoying; they constantly tried to get your attention by the pool and on the beach with deafening music, walking around and approaching everyone countless times. There was very little interest in the program. The evening shows varied greatly. Some were really great, while others seemed very poorly prepared, depending on which group was performing. The music in the outdoor theater was usually much too loud. Therefore, it wasn't suitable for children. If you're flying back in the evening, you can book a room extension, but this costs €76 for 3 hours and €114 for 5 hours, and that's at the end of the season. Far too expensive. So we only booked a separate shower room for a specific time, which was free. There are a few tourist shops and bars near the hotel. Enough for an evening stroll. We also booked an excursion around the island with wine tasting, a meal, and an olive oil tasting. This is highly recommended and was well organized.
