The room was great, no complaints about the service, some of the lounge facilities had some issues but nothing serious.

Terrible, I stayed here and will never return. It wasn't worth a penny I spent. Starting with the name on the website, which says it's a hotel, but it's not, it's a residence. There's no service when you arrive; you have to wait for someone to contact you via WhatsApp to check into the apartment. You spend hours asking questions and there are times when they don't respond, and time when you can't find your reservation. I arrived around 10:40 am and could only enter the apartment at midnight. The air conditioning condenser unit is inside the bathroom, making noise so you have to be a heavy sleeper; if you're not able to sleep with noise, you won't sleep. The breakfast was terrible, the worst breakfast I've ever had for the price I paid. They should have sold the apartment without breakfast, because it's a disgrace, the coffee is very weak. It's not worth it. I'll never travel to Recife again if this is the only place with vacancies. The health department also needs to inspect this place; the breakfast area looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years.

Guys, seriously!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!! HOW COME THERE'S NO ONE AT RECEPTION AFTER 6 PM???? MANY PEOPLE ARE ARRIVING FROM TRAVEL, WORK, AND THEY HAVE TO WAIT FOR A RESPONSE ON WHATSAPP??? THERE'S NO ONE AT RECEPTION! MY GOD, ALL THIS JUST TO AVOID PAYING NIGHT SHIFT MONEY??? LOL. IT MUST BE ONE OF THE OWNERS ANSWERING WHATSAPP SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO HIRE EMPLOYEES. IN THE MEANTIME, WE WAIT!!!
