Very elegant and thoughtfully designed, friendly service, and plenty of privacy. The rooms feel less like a hotel and more like a home away from home. If you take the time, you can admire a wealth of art and design as you wander through the rooms, and I wouldn't miss a visit to the bar. The breakfast, while a bit unusual in its mix of à la carte and buffet options, leaves little to be desired. As always, you'd need to spend more time at the hotel and less time exploring the city to take full advantage of everything it has to offer.

We stayed over the weekend, and it was truly wonderful. I'm so grateful for the attention we received. The thoughtful touch of ensuring we were served only by Spanish speakers was a real plus, starting with Clara at reception and Vanesa. Sergio at Bar Montez was incredibly friendly and welcoming. And finally, Alessio, who served us breakfast. We were absolutely delighted. Keep up the great work! Best regards to all!

Too many inconsistencies in this category during my stay (subjective snapshot) --- Stay in January 2026, 1 night. I am describing only my personal perception and experience during this stay; I cannot and will not make any statements about what the hotel is like "in general." Positive (during my stay): • The egg dishes at breakfast were freshly prepared and, in my opinion, of acceptable quality, although rather lukewarm. • I found some staff members to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. Negative (specifically, as I experienced them): • I found the water pressure in the shower to be significantly too low, both with the rain shower and the showerhead. • I only got hot water in the bathroom after waiting several minutes. • The breakfast coffee did not meet my expectations for a hotel in this price range; it reminded me more of a basic, standard coffee. • The information on the room TV regarding pool opening times was, in my opinion, inconsistent. • I noticed dust/dust marks, particularly on the recessed lights and the armchair, from my perspective. • The balcony didn't appear freshly cleaned; furthermore, I had the impression that there was discoloration/growth visible in the grout between the floor tiles (it looked like moss to me). • Personally, I don't consider carpeting in the room to be appropriate in this price range. Conclusion (my rating only): I would expect a consistently well-maintained and cohesive overall experience at this hotel. During my stay, this wasn't the case for me. Therefore, 1 star.
