The rooms were clean. We didn't use any services. The location, well... accessibility is good, but Rotterdam isn't what it should be anymore, in my opinion.

Booked the room for new year’s eve. They amended our room per our request from central station view to city views. The fireworks were spectacular! Just what we came for. It was unfortunate that there was no clear communication regarding the M lounge. We would have loved to enjoy the firework show from there. They do surprise you with a bill at the end. We thought we had booked a room with breakfast but turned out not to be so. Instead of communicating this they charged the room. And also 8 euros for internet, that should be a standard not an extra especially at a 5 star hotel. Bathrooms are quite dark and dated. Ladies, come with extra light for doing your make-up! Staff is friendly and quick to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I would return and would recommend to family and friends
