Don't be fooled by the photos or the name "Essenza". I booked the most expensive room (Luxury with pool) to celebrate my birthday and what I found was a scene of neglect. Dirty walls, broken furniture, dripping air conditioning, and a dirty pool. The hotel sells a luxury standard on social media, but delivers a poorly maintained structure and unprepared staff. I tried to resolve the issue by email and received no attention whatsoever. I felt cheated and disrespected as a consumer. If you're looking for the Essenza standard, stay far away from Rox. A complete lack of respect from beginning to end.

I stayed at a hotel that was sold to me as a 4-star hotel, but the disappointment was immense upon arrival and throughout our stay. The hotel is neglected; maintenance hasn't been done since it opened. The furniture is old and full of problems, the sun loungers are falling apart, and the breakfast is terrible with very few options. The staff always has a sour face, but we didn't have any problems with them. This hotel should be rated at most two stars so that if we chose it, we wouldn't be deceived. It's best to avoid it. In fact, avoid the entire chain because none of their hotels are as advertised. I took the precaution of visiting all of them before posting my opinion.

The hotel is very nice. The breakfast is basic but adequate. The cleanliness was impeccable, until the last day when money was stolen from my backpack in room 410. They left everything in disarray. Be very careful. It's truly shameful that they search everything. They even tried to charge us for things we didn't use. I am extremely disappointed.
