We have visited Royal cliff grand hotel a week ago and have paid high cost but the disappointing thing was they have allocated us small size room with small balcony, After request they have allocated another room on higher floor but the room was connecting room to another one. While allocating room staff has told that no guest is stating there so you can use the room but surprisingly they have allocated 2nd room to some random guest but why???? Real twist was happend when that guest was started to harrased us by grabbing on our connecting room and shouting loudly on us… oh my god.. It was horrible experience. From this big hotel group we never expected this type of unprofessional behaviour, Later on they have shifted that guest from there but then what is the use??? What about we have wasted our hours In evening for the discussion with hotel staff, The time Which we have scheduled dor outing. We are going to complaint this with all the possible ways we can do it, Bcz hotel did not given us refund when we asked for it.

The Royal Cliff's ocean views and infinity pool are impeccable, and the service team is especially heartwarming: Ms. Veerawan and Mr. Anusak were always smiling, and they handled parking, transfers, and restaurant recommendations with great care. The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the mango sticky rice was unforgettable. Although it's a drive from the bustling area, this tranquility is exactly what you need for a relaxing vacation. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Pattaya.

First off, the room is huge, and the sea view is worth the money. Breakfast was average, but the rice noodles were very satisfying. The amenities need upgrading.
