We were there in the off-season. It was completely empty and very peaceful. We travelled from Erfurt with a child and arrived very early. Unfortunately, we arrived at the hotel at 6:45 a.m., and despite there being plenty of rooms available, we still had to wait almost three hours for our room. The staff tries very hard and is always friendly, except for the reception, where you are always treated condescendingly. When we asked for a bathrobe for a spa appointment at the hotel, we were immediately told, "But not for outside," even though I had never mentioned that and we had booked a hammam at the hotel. The hammam with massage was very good. There's a lovely indoor pool. Murat is a fantastic photographer, and there are great, affordable shops with clothes and bags, as well as a great optician's shop. The room was large, nicely furnished, and very clean. The food was good, but the same old thing; I've had better at other hotels. The grounds are beautiful with a lovely garden. The gözleme at the pool bar is delicious. It's right on the beautiful beach promenade. For late checkout we were supposed to pay €15 per hour and for friends a day pass they wanted €150 per person - that's more than outrageous when you pay €30 in other hotels.

Unfortunately, only one star this year. The reason is that it wasn't mentioned that it's winter there, and therefore there aren't many entertainment events. Only a few live shows, so it's only recommended from April to June. Good whiskey or Scotch is hidden away in some bars and is very boring.

In my opinion, the hotel is luxuriously designed, the rooms are good, and the food is relatively good. It's almost the same every day, but there's a huge selection of dishes. The hotel's beach area is clean and relatively nice compared to others. The pool area is fantastic, and there's food available there even outside of regular mealtimes. The entertainment and shows are poor outside of peak season, which disappointed me, but I imagine it's quite entertaining during the season. Overall, this hotel is a dream in terms of both appearance and the quantity of food.
