Old photos, beach is gone. We booked a room through VRBO managed by Chase n rainbows. Building had a power outage a few days prior, but had no ac or hot water when we arrived. We had a room infested with roaches, babies and adults, room 1202.. can guarantee they are in the walls and affecting other rooms that the outrigger may or may not manage. But most likely the outrigger managed rooms have a roach problem as well, and if not they will soon enough as the property owner allows for units to be managed by a 3rd party.. killed at least 30 roaches in an hour after dinner and before leaving for a new hotel. Other than that the view was phenomenal too bad we couldn't stay long enough to enjoy it

DO NOT RENT FROM Unit 713! I am here currently trough capital one travel. Kevin is a scam. There is no ac amongst other things and he does not respond. We walked down to the front to ask for help and they already knew which room with out us saying. Apparently this is what Kevin does. I will be reporting him on every platform and have already reported him to capital one.

Location, Location, Location is the real estate mantra and this spot has it. We rented unit 210 which is directly ocean front. We spent many hours on the balcony enjoying the whales and turtles playing in the water. The unit itself was right out of the 1980's with popcorn ceiling and all. But was adequately furnished and clean. Just not updated at all. The pool was nice and the BBQ's that worked were always clean and nice. Having to pay $18.00 a day to park sucks when you're paying top dollar to rent the place but of well. Back to Location etc...
