This hotel was the second I stayed at during my time in West Jakarta. It's strategically located and easy to find, situated in a residential area that feels like a cluster, and close to Cengkareng Regional Hospital. There are plenty of food vendors around the cluster area, and it's still within walking distance, making it quite convenient. Upon arrival, check-in was scheduled for 2:00 PM, but I was allowed to check in about 10 minutes early. I was immediately given a key and assigned a room on the second floor. I originally had a corner room, but the key didn't work. I immediately called the hotel number listed, and the response was very quick. The staff immediately came and moved me to another room. Upon entering my new room, my first impression was very pleasant. The room was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and beautiful. There was a wardrobe, complete amenities, cool air conditioning, and working hot water. Overall, the room felt very comfortable to rest in. The hotel also provides laundry services, which were very helpful during my stay. A small note: I was a bit surprised when I left and returned to find that it had been cleaned, even though I hadn't requested it. However, everything was safe, so it wasn't a problem. The staff was generally friendly, responsive, and helpful. My stay at this hotel was very pleasant and satisfying.

December 29, 2025, reservations came directly at 20:30 and got a Superior room number 512 for 550 thousand with breakfast. Clean bed, fast wifi, clean bathroom, cold AC, TV worked well, got free snacks, soft drinks Sosro fruit tea and 2 bottles of 600 ml mineral water. The room was spacious, comfortable, breakfast was very extensive and delicious, drinking water also had a wide selection of flavors in the restaurant. Hot water in the bathroom worked well. Friendly receptionist service during check-in and check-out. The room boy also always greeted me. All facilities were ok and I was satisfied with the existing service with an affordable room price. The hotel hallway on the 5th floor was bright with clean floor carpets. In the future, the sound was good so I slept soundly without being disturbed by noise from outside the room.
