Many rooms have been renovated, but the mattresses and blankets aren't quite up to par, though they're acceptable for the price. Some rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. Some rooms weren't in perfect condition; it depends on your luck, but for the price, it's reasonable. The walls are thin; you can hear the toilet flushing in the next room. The restaurant downstairs often has parties, so you might need a room on a higher floor. Some rooms have mountain views, including Doi Suthep. The staff are attentive and lovely.

Rating: ⭐ (1/5) Title: Terrible Accommodation Experience: Outdated Facilities, Slow Service, Seriously Different from Photos This was my worst accommodation experience in Chiang Mai. Here is a statement of facts: 1. Extremely Poor Facilities: At NT$1,500 per night, this is not a cheap option in Chiang Mai, but what we received was a moldy toilet, a leaky floor, and most outrageously, the air conditioning was completely broken. 2. Poor Crisis Management: We reported the air conditioning problem immediately after checking in around 10 PM last night. The hotel wasted an hour without resolving the issue, only informing us of a room change late at night. This severely disrupted our rest and convenience, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism. 3. Misleading Information (Images and Text Mismatch): The breakfast provided by the hotel was vastly different from the official photos. The pictures showed a lavish buffet, but the reality was completely different, suggesting deliberate deception. We demand reasonable compensation from the hotel for the above losses and emotional distress. If your store continues to handle this matter passively, I will collect all photographic and video evidence, expose this unethical practice to Taiwanese media, and formally file a complaint with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT). Please ensure that the management takes this issue seriously and provides a response.
