The location is great and you can walk to the whole city in ten minutes. The His employees are nice. It's just old, but overall it's good.

I stayed at this hotel from 19–22 February, and unfortunately, my experience with the breakfast service was extremely disappointing. On the morning of 20 February, around 9:45 AM, we went to the pantry for breakfast and were told the only options available were omelette and scrambled eggs. I am vegan and do not eat eggs, so I asked if there were any alternative items. I was told these two were the only choices. I went to reception to clarify, and the receptionist confirmed this but said she would check with the kitchen. Around 10:35–10:40 AM, she called to say the chef would prepare a vegan option for us. However, when we returned around 10:45 AM, the chef had already packed everything away and informed us that breakfast time was over. There was no buffet served. And the breakfast time for weekdays was till 10.30 am. We went back to reception, and the receptionist acknowledged the misunderstanding and assured us we would be compensated—either with a refund or another suitable solution. Despite paying extra for breakfast, we did not receive breakfast that day. Since then, we have followed up multiple times, but no resolution has been provided till date. This level of service, lack of communication, and unfulfilled commitments is unacceptable. I hope the management addresses this issue seriously and improves both coordination and customer service for future guests.

Very nice place to stay. They clean the room every day. They serve good food. The location is very accessible. There are lots of coffee and wine shops, restaurants and tourist spots nearby.
