Royal Princess Hotel

The view from the lobby was incredible. Our jaws dropped as our cab pulled into the driveway just in time for sunset. The hotel is also attached to a nice rocky beach where we had a nice stroll to admire the sea view.

A beautiful experience and truly sincere recommendations from the heart. All the staff, starting with the cleaners who made sure that every day our apartment was 'reset' like the first day, through the friendly workers at the reception who were there for our every question, the employees of the SPA center who do their work first-class, and the staff at breakfast and dinner (I was especially impressed by Lina, Valentina and Anastasija - that speed, helpfulness and responsiveness are something that deserve all the praise). The hotel is unparalleled, spacious, neat, extremely well organized. The garage is safe and easy to enter/exit, the hallways on the floors are wide and tidy, the elevator is functional and wide, and the apartment... that's a story in itself. The breakfast was varied and you can really find something for everyone. The selection of meat and meat products, fruits, vegetables, salads, as well as cereals and bread was really at a high level. The staff visits the tables every few minutes and does not allow the tables to be loaded with empty plates and glasses - which is not the case at many hotels. The dinner is also excellent and offers different specialties every day. Starters, main courses and desserts are not repeated throughout the days, and the staff does not allow the food in the serving dishes to dry out or become empty and constantly brings out new dishes filled with freshly prepared ingredients. As at breakfast, the staff is very helpful and friendly, monitoring the state of the tables and removing empty glasses and plates at a rapid pace and setting new and neat tablecloths and utensils after each guest. We especially liked that the dinners were themed, so we had the opportunity to attend and try the delicacies at the BBQ dinner, as well as the Italian and international cuisine dinners. The spa is neat, spacious, the pool pleasantly heated, and offers a corner for refreshment with tea and water, as well as two types of sauna, a steam room and a relaxation area. We don't need to talk much about the location of the hotel, with a few clicks you can see for yourself what kind of paradise on earth it is. Wherever you are and whatever view your room offers, you will not feel isolated and remote for a moment. A beautiful forest and fountain adorned our view from the balcony, but the other, sea side also offers a view of the natural beauties of Lapad. However, I will repeat, our main and decisive factor is the people (the staff and their approach to us as guests), and this, in our opinion, is also the strongest link of this hotel. The staff is visibly satisfied with their jobs and they pass that satisfaction on to us guests. All the best and praise to the hotel management. Throughout our entire stay, we only enjoyed ourselves, I can freely say that it felt like home, if not better. We have already booked an appointment for our next visit - and although we have a long way to go to Dubrovnik, we know that it will be worth every kilometer traveled. This was our dream vacation.
