Horrible experience, old beds in the room, they don't change towels, the room phones don't work, you can't get through, you have to go down to reception. Super slow internet and weak signal, you can't get a stable connection. Dirty pool area, drinks served in plastic cups. Street vendors at the hotel entrance constantly approaching guests. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

My experience with this hotel was just okay: not the worst, but not the best either. The first thing that struck us was the reception staff. We arrived around 12:30 pm and the service was quite cold. They basically asked for our names and told us that check-in was from 2:00 pm onwards, or that we could pay $50 USD if we wanted the room earlier. There wasn't even a "good morning" or a welcome. Since we still had some time, we asked if we could leave our backpacks to go for a walk while we waited (something that most hotels usually do without a problem), but they told us it would cost 30 reais. So we ended up waiting until 2:00 pm to check in. Luckily, we didn't get a room in the main building, which seemed quite noisy. They assigned us the building in the back, and the bellhop was very friendly and helped us with our luggage. The room was comfortable: large bathroom, comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a minibar. In that respect, everything was fine. We also found the breakfast to be very good and varied, with options for different tastes. As for the facilities, they looked a bit neglected and somewhat dirty in some areas. The pool is also quite small for the number of people staying at the hotel. Would I return? Perhaps for a very short stay of one or two days. But for a longer stay, I would probably choose another place. I think the main thing to improve is the service when welcoming guests; friendlier treatment would make a big difference.
