I stayed over New Year's Eve, the atmosphere was wonderful, the service was attentive and meticulous. The rooms in the park area are modern and comfortable suites, equipped with every comfort. Unfortunately, the spa experience wasn't as pleasant because it was crowded, the pool area was messy, and the water was very cold. Another sore point was the evening of December 31st. We booked dinner in the charming Sky Lounge, which wasn't even adequately heated, so much so that everyone in the room, including the waiters, were wearing jackets and coats. We were forced to go down to our rooms to get warmer clothes. The waiters provided us with blankets and fur chair covers. The starred dinner was mediocre, as was the service; the waitress continually misplaced the dishes, not following the order on the menu. Finally, after midnight, I went downstairs because there was no musical entertainment planned in the Sky Lounge, not even a countdown toast at midnight... we discovered that live music had been arranged in the lobby bar at the entrance, with a light menu at a significantly lower price than the dinner served in the Sky Lounge and brasserie. I would say that the overall organization of the evening was absolutely disappointing. At times embarrassing. A 5-star hotel cannot afford such lapses in style. I recommend it, but carefully avoid dining in the hotel's restaurants. The prices are exorbitant and the cuisine mediocre, lacking any hint of refinement.

I had an absolutely incredible time at this 5-star hotel. I felt like a princess from beginning to end, without a single flaw. The staff is exceptional: attentive, warm, and always going the extra mile. A special mention goes to Youssef from the concierge, whose professionalism, kindness, and availability greatly contributed to making this stay unforgettable. A big thank you also to the bar and brasserie team, equally remarkable for their kindness, smiles, and quality of service. A perfect experience that I recommend without hesitation!
