Stayed here recently and the hotel is obviously luxurious, somewhat similar in vibe to Okada Manila — elegant, upscale, and well-maintained. The location is very convenient and quite walkable to several spots around Clark. It’s close to places like Here Cafe, Amare by Chef Chris, and the Clark Parade Grounds (Clark Circle), so there’s plenty to explore nearby. The casino area downstairs is lively, but the rest of the hotel still manages to feel quiet, classy, and upscale. However, security is very tight in the casino to the point that security guards would follow guests around. The room was very big, elegant, and well-kept. Everything felt premium and comfortable. I also appreciated the little touches like the complimentary amenities that are replenished daily, including the Nespresso pods that were quite helpful with my constant daytime sleepiness haha. The facilities overall felt well maintained, and having the casino downstairs adds to the entertainment options if that’s your thing. Service was good. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were generally smooth, although we did wait around 30 minutes during check-in, which wasn’t too bad but still noticeable. Breakfast buffet was included and had a wide variety of options. Everything tasted good—solid hotel buffet quality—but it’s pretty much what you’d expect from a typical hotel breakfast. One downside for me was the carpet in the room and along the hallways, combined with what seemed like a strong air scent/diffuser in the hotel. My allergic rhinitis was unfortunately through the roof during the stay, and it made things a bit uncomfortable at times. Guests who are sensitive to dust or strong scents might want to keep this in mind and bring face masks. Overall though, it’s still a great place to stay in Clark if you’re looking for a luxurious hotel with spacious rooms, excellent service, and easy access to nearby cafés and attractions.

First of all when we checked in via deluxe we were very disappointed with the room due to no cable with old fashion tv/not working, also breakfast Buffett was terrible, with hair on my adobo. Very disappointed😡
