We’ve come to know Ruby Hotels quite well—our first stay was in Vienna, and our second brought us to Munich. I really appreciated the location of the hotel, being fairly close to the Central Station and conveniently in proximity of Trams and U-bahns. I also liked the design of the hotel, modern, minimalistic and with an industrial flare to it. The rooms definitely show that vibe. Knowing that the bar area is a key feature to any Ruby Hotel, here is very airy, bright and spacious. The staff is also very polite, smiling and always willing to help you. We again opted for drinks vouchers as part of the hotel special sustainable programme. The rooms were the same as before so we knew what to expect. Again, I really liked the industrial touch to them. One thing we didn't liked in our Lovely room, albeit maybe for space constraints was the lack of a proper wardrobe. Apart from that, every floor has a galley, filled with tea and coffee facilities, as well as a vending machine. The hotel itself is nice, modern and clean. So we come to the breakfast which we really loved at the other location. Here is nothing short of amazing. It's filled with delicious products, unique to every city and region. We found delicious white wursts and crisp and salty Bavarian pretzels. The bread products overall were top deal for me. Everything was delicious, fresh and well prepared. Suffice to say, we were pleased with our stay at Ruby Lilly.

A really lovely hotel, very easy to reach from the main train station and in a truly beautiful location. The rooms facing the small street are a bit noisy; our room at the front was quieter. Very friendly service and a good breakfast. The see-through shower isn't really suitable for couples, but it was fine for us. The kitchenette in the hallway with hot drinks and an ironing station was a nice touch. We'll be back!

Tram nearby, good connection to the city center. Breakfast was very limited. On Sunday, they ran out of bread and rolls by 10 am!
