Stayed in #22 it was absolutely stunning. So clean it was the best experience!! Had no issues at all ! Such a nice place to bring your family

Disappointed with our stay. We reserved one cabin that looked freshly renovated and several other upgraded amenities. We were notified the day of check in at 12:30 that there was a leak in the cabin and they would keep me posted. Check in was at 3 and we still had not heard any updates. I reached out and was told the leak would not be fixed in time. We were given the option of two other cabins and we chose the nicer looking one accounting to the pics. When we arrived the window AC unit accordion part was completely broken and the window was just open to the front of the cabin, that same room has bedding that smelled strongly of mildew to the point that it was nauseating. Multiple light bulbs did not work, the closest were stuffed with extra rolls of carpet so we couldn’t even use one closet, the carpet smelled of urine, one bed had dog hair all along the bottom of the bedding, fire extinguishers were empty and the smoke detectors weren’t even hung or has batteries in them, the backyard has weeds 4 ft tall and was covered in dog feces. The second we would walk in the cabin we all would start sneezing. It was just overall dingy and run down. Ww understood that things arise that are out of the management hands but to be given a sub par cabin paying the same price was unacceptable. Upon reaching out and making them aware, fresh linens were sent to our cabin. Very disappointed in our experience.
