Stayed here before a Gatwick flight. I paid £80 for bed, breakfast, and 10 days of parking, which represents very good value financially. The location is convenient for the airport, parking was easy, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself is extremely basic and dated. The room was functional but tired, with visible maintenance issues such as holes in the wall that appeared to be filled with tissue. The overall standard feels more like very low-cost temporary accommodation rather than a typical hotel experience. The main issue was waking up to find a sign saying breakfast would not be served due to “unforeseen circumstances,” despite breakfast being included in the booking. The booking also states reception will call a taxi, but in reality they simply provide a phone number for you to arrange it yourself. Overall, this is a budget option that works if your priority is cheap airport parking and somewhere to sleep, but expectations should be set accordingly. It provides the basics, nothing more.

suited our needs cheap accomodation to sleep and leave our car before flying. lady on desk was very helpful. Bar and food facilities were not open .Bedroom ok could have done with a fridge to keep food /drink . Would stay again for above reason.

Great price, for a hotel and 2 weeks parking for Gatwick. Shame they don't run a cheap shuttle. Taxi was £21 including airport drop off fee. Room fine, clean, decent shower, functional if a little small. Friendly staff. Hotel very under used, so no breakfast available. Britannia could do so much with their hotels, but choose not to.
