Comfortable hotel in an excellent location for exploring the city. A stone's throw from Galata Tower, the metro station, the tram stop, and the historic Tünel funicular. The hotel is very well-maintained with a warm and friendly atmosphere. I recommend going up to the rooftop for an enchanting view of the city. The service is excellent.

We just spend 3 night at the Ruz in Istanbul. It was a great experience. The rooms are super clean and the interior just looks stunning. The service was extraordinary. When we checked in the nice guy from the front desk sat down with us and explained the whole city with recommendations and tourist traps to us. Everybody tried to give us the best experience possible. They organized a transport back to the airport for us without any problems. We went to the rooftop bar once at night. The view was one of the best we had during our stay in Istanbul and the drink were delicious. All in all just great and would recommend to everyone.
