My boyfriend and I have traveled all over the country, and have stayed at every kind of hotel/morel/airbnb there is. And from beginning to end, our experience here at RW has been one of the best and most enjoyable here in Florida. The front desk staff are awesome! Friendly, communicative, even showed us a room in advance personally because it was such a last minute booking we knew nothing of the property and just wanted to check it out. The property is well maintained, the rooms are HUGEEE, and so so soooo cleaaaan! I'm not even too picky about "cleanliness" at hotels/motels as long as there aren't critters, but not only was this place critter-free, every part of the room we saw was covered in terms of cleaning. I also believe they have 1 lady who is their cleaner. She was so sweet, and even gave me a hug after we tipped her. Yall should absolutely tip her if you're able, she's a crazy hard worker and does such a great job! But what really sold us was the kindness, patience, and friendliness from every staff member here that went above and beyond. Just to be treated with respect and truly, like friends even though we are just temporary strangers, was such a warm way to end our new year. If you are the type to enjoy a quiet, family friendly place that is very low key, homey, and away from all the crazy high traffic areas, this place is for you! It's truly a hidden gem nestled away in the city of Kissimmee.

We was looking for extended stay. Inform the manager. He showed us a room. We usually pay a month. But you can only pay by the week. So we paid the week. Woke up the next morning to go to the store. Another manager was out there and informed us we was going to have to move because that room is only for weekly stay. But he had a room we could move into that has a full bed and a pull out bed. No we told him we needed 2 beds because of me being 70 years old. I couldn’t sleep on a pull out bed. My daughter and her son would need a full size bed also. Because he said that was a better looking room then all the other room at this location.So needless to say. We had to go look for another place to stay. The only positive thing is he did gave us a refund minus the days we stayed.
