Unfortunately, we felt very uncomfortable at this hotel. We had originally booked a four-night stay, but had to cut it short. In our opinion, the pictures online do not reflect reality. We were in room 127, which was directly opposite the fitness center. In addition, a family with a toddler was staying next door, and the child cried almost constantly. Since it was a family room with a connecting door, the noise was particularly loud and disruptive. I had been really looking forward to this hotel, but it quickly became clear that it wasn't suitable for our needs. Overall, the hotel gave us the impression of being a purely family-oriented hotel with many children, including in the pool area, which wasn't relaxing for us. Unfortunately, the stay did not meet our expectations.

We had an incredible stay at the Rydges - and it was all down to the customer service. I haven’t experienced such great service in a really long time! The staff there were so welcoming and accommodating, nothing was ever an issue. Location is unbeatable, we will definitely be back.
