I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The service was far below acceptable standards, and the staff demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism. Communication was poor, responsibilities were not handled properly, and there was little to no regard for customer satisfaction.

Having just arrived for a 4 night stay I can say disappointed doesn’t even come close .First room was certainly not clean especially the carpet there was a foul smell in the room .No walk in shower which we were told we would get .After complaining to reception the only other room available still did not have a walk in shower either the only plus to this is a better view . The guy on reception was very pleasant however was still unable to get what we had actually paid for. It was very expensive to stay here .. to say I am far from happy is an understatement .. If i was able to get a refund I would certainly find another much nicer hotel asap

This Hotel was a great experience. We got to stay here over the summer, and it was wonderful! It is very close to downtown Sydney, and in the famous and well- known "The Rocks" neighborhood with great places to eat. There is a rooftop pool, with great views of the city skyline, especially at night, like this photo. I highly recommend!
